This hotel is reasonably priced and I had a very comfortable stay during the holidays. We requested a double room, and it was nicely remodeled and in great condition. 😊.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was just next door to Grand Canyon and good parking space👍👍

The room we stayed in was recently remodeled and offered an affordable rate. the bed was quite firm, and the bath towels could use some improvement. On the plus side, the staff was very responsive and attentive. 👍.

We were happy with the pet-friendly room and amenities like satellite television, climate control, and a microwave, plus the attentive management and staff made our stay pleasant.

Great downtown location, was close to everything!

Too close to railroad tracks. Transient area. Felt unsafe. Someone knocked on my door in the early am.

The location is great, just a short walk to the Grand Canyon and downtown. the rooms are inexpensive, tidy, and have really cozy beds. Each room features a flat-screen TV with cable, climate control, and a fridge.

The customer service was very rude. My Mother and I were lost and we called to ask for directions and the woman on the phone was very rude and hung up on me while I was asking for directions and claims that se said hello on the phone before she hung up but she did not. We got there and she gave us atttide after we confronted her about her rude service. As we got into the room it smelled bad. When we went to bed the blankets were static on our bodies and caused bites on our skin. Our stay was not welcoming and very uncomfortable

Nicely remodeled units with 2queen beds, the bath towels, for instance. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location close to bars and restaurants and easy access to various shops and local stores...

The location by the train station is great and awesome. The rooms are updated and nicely remodeled in good condition. Kind and pleasant staff as one would expect. We will certainly stay here again. GOAT!.

Shopping and restaurants are within shopping distance.

They will not let you check in early, no matter how long you have been driving.

We loved being there. Everything was brand-new. the location is MAGNIFICENT, just a short walk to the restaurants, galleries, and downtown bars. the staff was helpful and offered us wake-up service and ironing free of charge. the room they gave us was pet-friendly, well laid out, and in good condition.
